Serving the freshest seafood, including fresh lobster and shrimp, the cuisine is a delectable melding of Carribean fusion with Mexican influences. Masterfully created by our chef, some of the restaurant's signature dishes include Lobster Burrito, Paella, Goat Stew, Lobster strips sautéed in a flour tortilla in Chipotle sauce and the Ceviche Café del Sol, the restaurant's signature blend of sea bass in orange, chinola and mango.

The restaurant's charming open-air architecture is fitting for the coastal beach town with its structure made of forest wood and the roof topped with Cana leaves.

Events hosted at Café del Sol are guaranteed to create lasting memories with its spectacular setting providing a breathtaking backdrop. Catering is available for weddings and other celebrations.

Café del Sol features live music each Saturday ranging from local tropical bands, smooth jazz, international groups, and guest disc jockeys.

In addition to serving as a restaurant for the public, Café del Sol Beach Club is available to all residents of Group Metro's developments, and guests of the Los Marlins Embassy Suites.
